The EVERYDAY art show will soon open at Dye Pretty here in Winston-Salem. The exhibition invites you to re-examine commonplace objects for what they mean—not how they appear. Often humorous, sometimes unnerving and always perfectly frank, the objects have been stripped of their former aesthetics and reborn with visual and textual interpretations of their true relevance to daily life.
The show will incorporate works from a variety artists, including Charlie Cook (organizer), Tiffany O’Brien, Katja Dohse and....yours truly. I hope to see you there!
